1. Organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry or organic synthesis and other chemical related majors, with 1-3 years of work experience
2. With the guidance and help of senior team members, can independently operate organic reactions, purify compounds and identify structures
3. Be proactive, down-to-earth and enterprising. Willing to learn the knowledge and technology of drug synthesis
